Every detail an item needs, in one place
Add anything you own. Fill in as much or as little as you like, and come back to it later.
Where it lives
Give every item a location and a shelf, bin or drawer inside it. Locations appear as labels you can filter, sort and group by.
What it cost
Record the price you paid, an estimated current value, the shop and the purchase date. Totals update as you go.
Serial and model numbers
Keep brands, models, serial numbers and your own asset tags next to each item, ready for insurers and repairs.
Your own fields
Add any extra detail an item needs, such as wattage, paint colour or who you lent it to.
Home and business
Mark each item as Home or Business and see the value of each side separately.
Warranty dates
Enter an expiry date and get a list of warranties ending in the next 90 days.

6 items worth 100 or more have no serial number. You will want these for insurance claims.

Is there a free trial?
No. ConsoleMeNow costs $10 a month from the start. The screens on this page show how it works, and you can cancel at any time.
How do I sign up?
Continue with your Google account, then subscribe by card through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
How do I cancel?
Open the Account tab and choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my items if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your items stay saved for five months, and subscribing again at any point in that time brings everything back. If you have not subscribed again after five months, your account and all your items are permanently deleted. There is no reminder email, so if you want a copy, download a CSV from the Account page while you are subscribed. You can also email us at any time to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted sooner.
Who can see my inventory?
Only you. Items are tied to your Google account and stored in a private database. We do not sell or share your data.
Can I use it for a business?
Yes, for yourself or a small business on one account. Mark items as Business, add asset tags and serial numbers, and export a CSV for your accountant or insurer. If you want to use it across a large business, email consolemenow@gmail.com first.
Can my team share one inventory?
Not yet. Each account belongs to one Google sign-in, and its items are private to it. If several people need to work on the same inventory, or you run a large business, email consolemenow@gmail.com and tell us what you need. Please do not share one Google sign-in between several people.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The site adapts to phones and tablets and follows your light or dark setting.
