Every detail an item needs, in one place
Add anything you own. Fill in as much or as little as you like, and come back to it later.
Where it lives
Give every item a location and a shelf, bin or drawer inside it. Locations appear as labels you can filter, sort and group by.
What it cost
Record the price you paid, an estimated current value, the shop and the purchase date. Totals update as you go.
Serial numbers and photos
Keep brands, models, serial numbers and asset tags next to each item, plus up to three photos of the item, its label or its receipt. Pick one as the main photo shown in your list.
Your own fields
Add any extra detail an item needs, such as wattage, paint colour or who you lent it to.
Home and business
Mark each item as Home or Business and see the value of each side separately.
Warranty dates
Enter an expiry date and get a list of warranties ending in the next 90 days.
Maintenance cycles
Set how often something needs servicing, like a boiler, a vehicle or a tool, log when it was last done, and see what is due next.
Barcode scanning
Scan a barcode with your phone or laptop camera to fill in the barcode field on a new item, or type it in by hand.
Sort and filter
Sort by two columns at once, group by location or category, and combine filters with free-text search.
Import and export
Bring in a spreadsheet as CSV, or download your inventory whenever you want it.

Connect ConsoleMeNow to Claude and just ask. It searches, adds items, and shows you photos — all with permissions you choose.

Is there a free trial?
Not a standing one, but we sometimes share a code for a free first month. Enter the code on the checkout page. You still add a card, you pay nothing for the first month, and after that it is $6.99 a month unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Account tab with Manage billing, and you keep access until the end of your free month. Without a code, ConsoleMeNow is $6.99 a month from the start.
How do I sign up?
Continue with your Google account, then subscribe by card through Stripe. If you have a promotion code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
How do I cancel?
Open the Account tab and choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my items if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your items stay saved for five months, and subscribing again at any point in that time brings everything back. If you have not subscribed again after five months, your account and all your items are permanently deleted. There is no reminder email, so if you want a copy, download a CSV from the Account page while you are subscribed. You can also email us at any time to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted sooner.
Who can see my inventory?
Only you, unless you choose to connect an app such as Claude, which then sees only what it needs while you use it, with permissions you control. Items are tied to your Google account and stored in a private database. We do not sell your data.
Can I use it for a business?
Yes, for yourself or a small business on one account. Mark items as Business, add asset tags and serial numbers, and export a CSV for your accountant or insurer. If you want to use it across a large business, email consolemenow@gmail.com first.
Can my team share one inventory?
Not yet. Each account belongs to one Google sign-in, and its items are private to it. If several people need to work on the same inventory, or you run a large business, email consolemenow@gmail.com and tell us what you need. Please do not share one Google sign-in between several people.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The site adapts to phones and tablets and follows your light or dark setting.
Can I use Claude to manage my inventory?
Yes. Connect ConsoleMeNow to Claude and ask it to find, add or change items, or add and see photos, in plain English. You choose what it is allowed to do, and you can disconnect at any time. See how to connect it.
